Returns & Refunds
At Speakmore, we aim to provide high-quality learning materials and a smooth customer experience.
Books
All physical books are printed on demand through our partners. This means we do not hold stock or process returns in the traditional way.
For this reason:
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or address-related issues.
- Each order is produced specifically for the customer once the order is placed.
Refunds or replacements are only offered in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged
- There is a printing or production defect
- The wrong item was received
If this applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Alternative Solutions
In cases where a return or refund is not applicable, we may offer:
- Store credit for use in our bookshop, or
- Credit that can be used toward our online Norwegian courses
This allows you to still receive full value from your purchase.
General Conditions
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method
- We reserve the right to assess each case individually
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective
